Self Serve Spa T&Cs:

  • Dogs must be on a leash, held in arms, or in carriers at all times and under the control of an adult. Please remember there are other dogs in the building and for the safety of all, keep control of your pet.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please notify a member of staff immediately if you have any spills so we can get it cleaned up as soon as possible. If your dog fouls in the spa, please use one of the poo bags available to clean it up and notify a staff member.
  • If needed, muzzles are available for loan while in the spa at no extra cost.
  • Out of respect for our neighbours, please pick up after your pet.
  • Bathing and drying your dog is at Your Own Risk!!! Please do not bath a badly matted dog. (Ask staff for details)
  • For your dog’s safety you must secure your dogs while being bathed in the tubs using the tie downs provided.
  • While being groomed or dried all dogs must be secured on the grooming tables or contained in the bath tubs.
  • Do not leave your dogs unattended at any time and please keep children under control.
  • Please respect other users and avoid contact with other user’s dogs unless invited.
  • Please be aware that this is a wet area and there is danger of slipping over. Please wear suitable footwear.
  • Staff or agents reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to users who put the welfare of their dog, other dogs or customers at risk.
